How much does orthodontic treatment cost at Nexus?
Treatment costs vary depending on the type of treatment (braces or Invisalign), the complexity of your case, and the length of treatment. We provide a clear, transparent cost estimate at your initial consultation — before you commit to anything. In many cases, braces and Invisalign are comparably priced.
Does insurance cover braces or Invisalign?
Many dental insurance plans include an orthodontic benefit — typically a lifetime maximum per insured member. We accept all insurance providers and will review your specific benefits at your consultation. If your plan covers both braces and Invisalign equally, the choice is entirely yours.
Are your payment plans really interest-free?
Yes — completely. Our in-house payment plans carry zero interest. The total cost of your treatment is divided into equal monthly payments with no hidden fees or finance charges added. We believe the cost of your care shouldn't grow while you're in treatment.
Can I use my HSA or FSA for orthodontic treatment?
Yes. Orthodontic treatment is an IRS-approved eligible expense for both Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Paying with pre-tax dollars through these accounts can meaningfully reduce your effective out-of-pocket cost. We accept both HSA and FSA cards directly.
What if I don't have insurance?
No insurance? No problem. Our interest-free payment plans are available to all patients, regardless of coverage. We'll work with you directly to find a monthly payment that's manageable for your budget. Many of our uninsured patients find the total cost — spread across their treatment period — very affordable.
When do I need to start paying?
Payment schedules are agreed before treatment begins and are clearly laid out so you always know what's due and when. Typically, a portion is due at the start of treatment and the remainder is spread in equal monthly instalments across your treatment period.
