Dr. Shauna Fung is the Board-Certified Orthodontist behind Nexus. Shauna grew up feeling self-conscious and insecure because she had crooked teeth. As a result, Dr. Shauna didn't like to smile, and it impacted her self-esteem and emotional health. After her orthodontic treatment, she realized how much confidence it gave her. It was a feeling that she never forgot. It inspired and motivated her to want to bring that kind of confidence and self-assurance to others, which is why she first went into dentistry and orthodontic care.
